When using Paypal; PayPal protects your financial information securely. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with beautiful baby baskets. Once your payment is complete, paypal will email you a receipt for the transaction.

Delivery
Stated delivery costs are applicable only to delivery for mainland UK. Delivery costs are fixed at £5 per delivery, for Royal mail recorded delivery. This price is kept as low as possible and include the packaging needed to ensure that your order arrives you in the best condition possible. Returns
At beautifulbabybaskets.co.uk we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it, unused in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. To return an item, simply send an email to beautifulbabybaskets@hotmail.co.uk to receive a return reference number so that your item can be returned for a prompt refund / replacement. We recommend sending the return package by recorded/special delivery and insured up to the value of any items returned. We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. Postage costs of any returns are to be covered by the customer. Refunds for the cost of the item will be credited to your paypay account or within 30 days of the item has been received back in the original condition (unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition including product packaging, instructions, etc). If an item is faulty we must be made aware of the problem before the item is returned. The delivery charge for your original order is non refundable for returns. Delivery charges incurred in returning items back to us are also non refundable unless the item is proven to be faulty.

Delivery
We will use all reasonable efforts to meet your delivery needs. On most occasions delivery should be within 3-5 days but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting us about missing packages, however we do not guarantee delivery dates. If an items delivery is delayed due to services out of our control, such as postal strikes, we will not be held responsible. If you need delivery for a specific date, please contact us. although we cannot guarantee it will arrive on time, we will do our best to meet your needs.
